🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • - Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • - If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered.

2. Return Eligibility

  • - Products are eligible for return if:
  • - They are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • - They are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • - Items such as perishables, personal care, innerwear, or customized products are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

  • - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • - Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • - For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • - If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.
  • - If the return is for other reasons, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • - If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • - Then contact your credit card company or bank.

6. Exchange Policy

  • - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
