🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- - Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

- - If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered.
2. Return Eligibility
- - Products are eligible for return if:
- - They are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- - They are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- - Items such as perishables, personal care, innerwear, or customized products are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
- - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- - Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- - For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Shipping Costs
- - If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.
- - If the return is for other reasons, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- - If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- - First check your bank account.
- - Then contact your credit card company or bank.
